Host Families 2020

Living with a host family means the possibility of cultural exchange and personal enrichment for both sides. The host family is an important contact for you and an addition to your daily lessons, so that you can learn more about the way of life in Germany. Our host families offer a single or double room and you can choose between different boarding types.

Please find below all necessary information about our host families:

Categories, Board and Specific Requests

Location of host families: F+U host families are located in various districts and nearby suburbs of Heidelberg. Depending on the category, the distance to/from school varies: 2-30 minutes by public transport in category A, up to a maximum of 50 minutes in category B.

Furnishing: The rooms are equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair . Each room can be locked and is a non-smoking room.

Boarding types: You have the possibility to book different types of boarding in the host family. You can choose between breakfast, half board, full board (you will receive a packed lunch at lunchtime on school days) or without meals.

Double rooms can only be booked by two students who arrive and depart together and take a course at our school (e.g. friends, couples). The double room has two separate beds or a double bed.
